Your footage stays on your Mac.
Take Copy is designed to process media transfers locally. Pro Mobile Media does not collect, upload, sell, or use the contents of your source files, destination files, checksums, or transfer reports.
Media and transfer data
Copying, checksum calculation, validation, and PDF report generation happen on your Mac and connected storage. Take Copy does not transmit camera media, file names, paths, checksums, or reports to Pro Mobile Media.
App Store purchase validation
Take Copy may use Apple-provided App Store and StoreKit services to validate that the application was legitimately acquired. Those services are operated by Apple and are subject to Apple's privacy policy. Take Copy stores only the local validation state needed to support temporary offline use.
Support email
If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to include in your email. It is used only to answer your request, investigate the issue, and maintain the product. Do not attach confidential production media unless specifically agreed in advance.
Website
This static product website does not include advertising trackers, behavioral profiling, or third-party analytics. Your hosting provider may retain standard server logs such as IP address, request time, and requested page for security and operation.
Data retention
Take Copy does not maintain a remote account or cloud transfer history. Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve requests and maintain business records.
